What we collectand why.

Crowe Talon Pro is built local-first. The verifier runs on your machine. The Mac app does its work on your machine. The marketing site is static HTML. This page describes the few places data does leave your device, and what we do with it when it does.
The Talon Pro Mac app
The app is offline by design. It does not phone home, it does not run analytics, and it does not transmit your audio, manifests, or seeds to us or to any third party. The verifier reads the file on your machine, runs the math on your machine, and shows the result on your machine. If you uninstall the app, nothing about your usage remains with us because nothing about your usage was ever sent to us.
The marketing site
crowetalon.com is statically generated HTML served from Railway behind a CDN. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party tracking pixels here. Server logs from the hosting provider record IP address, request path, user agent, and response code so the site can be operated. Those logs are retained per the hosting provider default.
Waitlist and contact email
Studio tier opens to a waitlist. When you click the waitlist link, your mail client sends an email to michael@crowetalon.pro. That message goes to a human inbox. We use the contents to put you on the waitlist, follow up about the beta, and respond to your questions. We do not feed inbound mail into a CRM and we do not sell or share the contents.
Payments (when Studio launches)
When Studio billing turns on, payments will run through Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details directly. Their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy governs that processing. We will receive a charge confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and your billing email so we can issue receipts and apply your license. We will update this page when Studio billing actually goes live.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no cookies. The Mac app does not use cookies. If a future surface needs a session cookie to keep you signed in, this page will say so before that surface ships.
Children
Crowe Talon Pro is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@crowelogic.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop processing it, or take a copy with you. Email privacy@crowelogic.com. We will reply within 30 days. CPRA, GDPR, and UK GDPR requests go to the same address.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle data we already hold, we will email anyone with an active license before the change takes effect. Routine clarifications get the same effective date update at the top of this page.
